Assorted salads, with pasta, or a mixture of lettuce, or fruit; accompanied by turkey, chicken, tuna, tuna belly or eels. There are endless combinations.<\/p>\n<p>Taking advantage of the good weather, Velarte brings you a recipe that everyone likes and that is a departure from a typical lettuce salad with its meaningless ingredients. At Velarte we wanted to turn the concept of salad upside down, so we have created a new type of salad: <strong>Cold tuna belly salad with piquillo peppers and cherry tomatoes. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Piquillo peppers<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Tin of tuna belly<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Chives<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Cherry tomatoes<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Extra virgin olive oil<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The preparation process is very simple:<\/p>\n<p>Step 1: Cut the piquillo peppers into strips<\/p>\n<p>Step 2: Cut the cherry tomatoes in half<\/p>\n<p>Step 3: Add the tuna belly slices<\/p>\n<p>Step 4: dress with chives, a dash of oil and salt and pepper to taste.<\/p>\n<p>What&#8217;s missing? Add some veggie snackium as an accompaniment.
