In Velarte abbiamo voluto stravolgere il concetto di insalata e ne abbiamo creata una nuova: <strong>Insalata fredda di ventresca con peperoni del Piquillo e pomodori ciliegini. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Ingredienti:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Peperoni del Piquillo<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Ventresca in scatola<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Erba cipollina<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Pomodorini ciliegini<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Olio EVO<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Il processo di preparazione \u00e8 molto semplice:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Passaggio 1: tagliare a strisce i peperoni del Piquillo<\/p>\n<p>Passaggio 2: tagliare a met\u00e0 i pomodori ciliegini<\/p>\n<p>Passaggio 3: prendere dei filetti di ventresca<\/p>\n<p>Passaggio 4: condire con l\u2019erba cipollina, un filo d&#8217;olio, sale e pepe a piacere.<\/p>\n<p>Che cosa manca?
